Harman Serenity III Gas Fireplace
The Harman Built Serenity III is the ultimate in gas fireplaces. Combining distinct good looks with unequaled convenience, the Serenity III features a super-realistic fire with raised glowing ember bed and an independent rear burner. Turn the rear burner on and off while the front flames continue to burn for a flexibility unmatched by any other fireplace. It also performs the duties of a hot air furnace. Two six-inch ducts can be run to floor or wall register up to 20 feet from the fireplace. A special air gate blower system produces higher airflow to quickly warm a room, providing unparalleled comfort. All of the options, faces, mantels, mantel facing, and hearths on this site are available for the Serenity III.
The Serenity III’s rear burner can be turned on or off any time the front burner is in operation. This can be done at the control panel or from your favorite chair by remote control. In addition to more heat, the rear flames reflect light off the firebricks which makes the brightness of the fireplace outstanding. The rear flames also become slightly more active in order to capture your attention. This produces a three-dimensional effect which is unequaled in the industry. When the rear burner is off the mood is more gentle and subdued. The raised ember bed still glows with full radiance and the front burner flames are at full height. For the ultimate in a low burning fire ambiance, turn the control knob to “low” with the rear burner off. This lowers the flames while leaving the ember bed glowing with superb realism. This setting produces less heat and greatly lowers fuel consumption.
